There are many items that must be addressed before you can get to the closing table. Let us handle the details and ensure nothing is forgotten.

- Review contract and addenda for completion, obtain any missing signatures.
- Ensure all parties have a copy of the contract.
- Provide Agent with Transaction Summary and add dates to Agent’s calendar.
- Provide Buyer with check instructions (upon request).
- Obtain earnest money and option receipt.
- Forward and follow up on all emails from Title and Lender.
- Prepare and facilitate all required Buyer disclosures and amendments as needed.
- Obtain copy of survey, ensure HOA docs are delivered to Buyer.
- Obtain weekly Lender updates, check with Lender prior to financing period ending and ensure appraisal meets value.
- Request repair receipts, ensure all items accounted for and forward to Buyer.
- Provide list of home warranty companies and order warranty of Buyers choice.
- Reminder and assistance with utilities (if needed).
- Prepare commission form and obtain compliance approval, ensure CDA is delivered to title with Agent wiring instructions (if requested).
- Schedule closing, review CD and forward to Seller with reminder of closing and what to bring.
