Our systems manage the Listing and Contract to Close process, allowing you to maximize your strengths and potential by prospecting and growing your business. Let us work hard for you in closing the deal – because we don’t get paid unless you get paid!

Once you sign up with us, we will gather your broker’s requirements and set up a custom task list in our Transaction Management system. When we work your files, all the requirements of your Broker will automatically be listed in your custom task list so that we can address your broker requirements.

The agent is always responsible for negotiating and arranging contract changes.  However once all parties agree, we will set up your amendment for signatures and ensure all parties receive an executed copy.

We offer a Closing Table guarantee that we only get paid when you get paid.  If your contract terminates (whether it is your buyer or seller), there is no charge!  Our fee is not collected until after the property closes.

In order to simplify the transaction process and make less work for you, our fee will automatically be listed on the CDA so that we are paid at closing.

There is no cost to sign up!  Once you decide to move forward, we will gather some information and review our process with you.  We will set up a custom task list specific to how you want us to handle your transactions.  There is no contract/ time period obligation! 

No, we do not charge any fees until the property closes. Should we list a property and it cancels or expires, there is a minimal listing fee which will be charged to the agent at that time. As long as the property is active on MLS, there is no charge.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm CST. Since banks and most title companies are also closed on holidays, we observe all bank holidays as well.
